Membership with Kristi Govertsen

Guest Speaker, Kristi Govertsen, spoke at the Northwest 2014 Rotary PETS on Rotarians and membership. In addition to the valuable information in this video, we can add members by sharing our weekly meetings. Since we are an e-club, we have additional methods for gaining members.

If you have a Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and/or Google+ account(s), you can click on the icon(s) at the bottom of the page and share our weekly meetings with your groups. And of course, you may share with any other social media network with various browser apps. Here's an example of what I add to my Timeline: "Interested in joining Rotary and serving your community, but you don't have the time commitment to attend weekly meetings for one to 1 1/2 hours? Consider joining an e-club."

If you have been associated with Rotary clubs, share our weekly meetings with them with a request to makeup on our website. Likewise, share our weekly meetings with Rotary groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, and any other Rotary related social media groups.

If you are a member of a Filipino group on Facebook, LinkedIn or elsewhere, share our weekly meetings with these groups, requesting them to review the other parts of our website including our projects and Facebook groups. Indicate a project in which they may be interested. Eventually, they may become interested in joining our club.

The more we share our weekly meetings and our website, the more our club will grow.
