Inspiration
"Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish." ~ -Sam Walton
Rotary 4-Way Test
Of the things we think, say or do: 1. Is it the TRUTH? 2. Is it FAIR to all concerned? 3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? 4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?”
By building your team's self-esteem and encouraging them, the entire team becomes stronger.

Program
Learn about the new Vocational Training Team program from Rotary Foundation that sends a group of professionals to a one vocational project. This is a replacment for the Group Study Exchange program. Both programs are summarized below
The Group Study Exchange (GSE) program of The Rotary Foundation was a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young business and professional men and women between the ages of 25 and 40 and in the early years of their professional lives.
The GSE program allowed for teams of four or five members and a Rotary leader to exchange visits between paired areas in different countries for four to six weeks with the Rotary Foundation providing fares and team members being hosted by local Rotarians. The program ran from 1961 until June 2013 when GSE teams were replaced by Vocational Training Teams (VTT).
Vocational Training Teams allow more flexibility with team members having a common interest or purpose allowing them to support one or more of the 6 major areas of focus of the Rotary Foundation.
VTT teams are usually associated with a Rotary Foundation Global Grant and providing additional support and training. Teams can vary in size and also have Rotarian members. This video, prepared in the Philippines, discusses the VTT as well as a brief history of GSE.
